Our monthly plans start at $350/month. The exact price depends on your number of accounts, your monthly transaction volume, and any add-ons you choose, such as payroll, sales tax filing, or e-commerce integrations. We start with a 15-minute discovery call to talk through your business, then I send a custom proposal. No tiers to qualify for, and no surprises.

Every monthly engagement includes categorization and reconciliation of all your accounts, monthly financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheet, and a cash summary) delivered by the 10th of each month, direct access to your bookkeeper, a one-business-day response guarantee, and a clean year-end tax package ready to hand to your CPA.
03Do you work with my CPA or accountant?+
Yes, and we make their job easy. We keep your books clean and current all year, then deliver an organized year-end package your CPA can file from without a round of follow-up questions. If you don't have a CPA yet, we're happy to point you toward one we trust.
04What types of businesses do you work with?+
We specialize in service-based and product-based small businesses, including agencies, coaches and creators, real estate and construction, health and wellness practices, tech and SaaS companies, and e-commerce and online stores. If you've outgrown spreadsheets and want your books handled by someone who actually knows them, we're likely a fit.
05Do you file my taxes?+
We don't file income taxes. That's your CPA's role, and we work hand-in-hand with them. What we do is keep your books so clean and organized that tax time stops being stressful. We can also handle sales tax filing and 1099s as add-ons, which are separate from your annual income tax return.
06My books are a mess. Can you still help?+
Absolutely. This is one of our most common starting points. Our historical cleanup add-on rebuilds and reconciles your prior months (or years) until everything is current and CPA-ready. Once you're caught up, your monthly plan keeps it that way.
07Do you work with online stores and e-commerce?+
